• send us evidence (a screenshot will do!) of your contract end date with your current provider within 21 days post toob installation – but don’t worry, we will contact you via email with instructions of what to do
• remember to cancel your contract with your existing provider when the time comes

If you don’t provide evidence within the first 21 days of installation, you will be billed as normal.

Our up to 9 months free broadband offer is available to new customers who are still in contract with their current provider and would like to switch to toob before their current contract ends.

Our up to 9 months free offer is available for those currently stuck in contract but if ready to switch now, we may have other promotional offers available on our 18 month home broadband contract.

If you are with BT, Sky, Virgin Media or TalkTalk, please see our ‘find my contract end date’ page to find this information. For other providers, you will need to check your latest bill or access your account online to find your contract end date.

We will cover the number of months left in your current contract up to a maximum of 9 months, provided we receive suitable evidence within 21 days of your installation. For example, if your current contract ends in 3 months’ time, you will be given 3 months of free broadband on toob.

We will need to see a screenshot of a recent bill or your contract from your current provider that clearly shows your contract end date, or your contract start date along with your minimum contract length.  We will contact you via email within 24 hours after your service has been activated to request this evidence, and you will then have up to 21 days to provide this to us.

If you are unable to provide us with the required evidence showing your current contract end date, you’ll be billed the monthly contract price by the direct debit you set up when ordering.

Yes! You can take part in our ‘refer a friend’ scheme if you’ve been referred, just remember to order using your referrer’s unique link.

Yes, if you need to purchase a static IP add-on alongside your service you can. If you do purchase an add-on, this won’t be covered by any credited service.  

After your free period ends, you will be billed the monthly contract price by the direct debit you set up when ordering.

Yes, you will need to let your current provider know that you’re leaving but don’t worry, you won’t need to do this until your contract ends!
