Full-fibre broadband provider, toob, is celebrating another key milestone in its rapid expansion with the first anniversary of its Stockton-on-Tees office.  

toob, a full-fibre broadband provider based on the south coast of the UK, recently welcomed its 50,000th customer, increasing from 10,000 customers over the past 18 months.

This fast growth led toob to develop its customer services team, adding a new UK customer services site to further complement its existing team.   

Seeing the opportunities and wealth of customer service expertise in the area, toob opened an office in Stockton-on-Tees in 2023, celebrating with Mayor Ben Houchen.

A year on, toob’s Stockton-on-Tees office has proven a great success with toob adding telesales to customer services and now employs over 40 staff, regularly taking more than 2,000 inbound calls and 1,000 new sales monthly, delivering the excellent levels of support toobs customers have come to expect.
